There's a FREE ‘Healthy Food Made Easy’ course starting in Ballyfermot next week

If you are interested in healthy eating but do not know where to start, then checking out this free six-week course could be just for you.

Hosted by Dublin City Council and taking place in Ballyfermot Library, ‘Healthy Food Made Easy’ is a project that has been taking place for 10 years.

It is a joint initiative between Health Promotion Service Tallaght, HSE Dublin, Mid-Leinster and Ballyfermot/Chapelizod Partnership.

The course is free and those wishing to take part are encouraged to bring a friend.

The course runs from Tuesday 12 September to 17 October from 10am—12.30pm in Ballyfermot Library.
