A PATCH of land on Jamestown Road in Inchicore will be going under the hammer this month, with a guide price of €200,000.
The residential development site, which has full planning permission for a three-storey residential building, extends to approximately 0.015 hectares.
The patch of land has a guide price of €200,000
Dublin City Council granted permission for a development on the site last year, consisting of a three-storey building to house three apartments, one to be a two-bed apartment, one to be a two-bed duplex apartment and one to be a three-bed duplex apartment.
The subject site is situated opposite the Blackhorse Red Line Luas stop, and to the south of the River Liffey, west of Kilmainham, and approximately 4.8km west of Dublin City Centre.
The location benefits from numerous transports links, including the Luas Red Line and several Dublin Bus routes.
The site, which is being sold with vacant possession, has been described as an “irregular shaped site” in the auctioneers’ listing.
The land will go under the hammer at an online Bid X1 auction on July 18.
