Blood Bikes coming to Tallaght this weekend
This weekend, voluntary emergency medical transport service, Blood Bikes, are holding a fundraiser at the Square in Tallaght.
Blood Bikes provide a free transport service between the hospitals in Leinster and the Greater Dublin area.

The fundraiser is being held from 9am to 6pm, with money raised going towards the running of the free services for hospitals, hospice and medical centres in the community.
The fundraiser will be held on Saturday and Sunday and there will be no set target. One of the organisers, Fergus Lennon said: “We never have a target. We are grateful for whatever we collect as it's more than we had before we started the collection.”
Since 2013, Blood Bikes has been delivering a year-round specialist medical logistical service to the HSE Hospitals primarily but the Leinster region.
