Enjoy a stretchy start to your Sunday with this free yoga class in Clondalkin

STRETCH your way into the new week by taking part in a free, one-hour long yoga class this Sunday at the Happy Pear café in Clondalkin Village.

The free, weekly yoga classes are held outdoors in the summer. However, until the weather gets warmer, classes are taking to the floor of the café at 8.30am every Sunday – with free, organic porridge on the go afterwards.

Spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis, with people encouraged to pre-book their place to avoid disappoint.

The yoga is held upstairs in the café, which is on the grounds of the new Round Tower visitor centre.

Breakfast will also be on sale in the café after your Sunday stretch alongside the Happy Pear’s coffee, which they roast at their roastery in County Wicklow from sustainable sourced coffee beans.

Call the Round Tower Visitor centre on 5554648 or visit http://www.dublinsoutdoors.ie/round-tower-clondalkin-village/.
