Participants will gain an understanding of the key issues impacting on mental health and wellbeing of young people, learn to promote positive mental health in young people and understand how to recognise some of the signs that a person may be struggling with their mental health.

They will also learn the “value of listening” and increase their knowledge of the supports available in their area.

Limited places are available on each free workshop and booking is essential.
