Over €3k raised for ‘Sensory Fun With Friends’

OVER €3,200 was raised for ‘Sensory Fun With Friends’ at the annual fancy dress pitch and putt fundraiser in Saggart, reports William O’Connor.

Organised by Jobstown man Jeff O’Toole, this year’s event on Saturday saw 22 people take part in the competition, followed by a fundraising event in Mark’s Celtic Football Club.

“The fundraiser was a great success and I would like to thank everyone for getting involved.

The money raised is going to Sensory Fun With Friends,” said Jeff.

The event in now running 10 years and is held in memory of Jeff’s aunt Mary O’Toole.

The winners of this year’s competition was Jim O’Mara and Niall Byrne.
