StartBright Early Learning excited with new branding

By Aideen O'Flaherty

StartBright Early Learning Centres, formerly known as Dublin West Childcare and Learning Services, celebrated its rebranding at a launch at their Bawnogue centre on Monday, where a ribbon cutting ceremony marked the beginning of the company under a new name and brand.

Dublin West Childcare and Learning Services was founded over eight years ago after the merger of four community-based early learning centres, but in recent months the board of management devised a new strategic plan for the company – leading to the rebrand.

The rebranding came about after the board decided to update the organisation’s vision and mission, and that in order to do this there was a need for it to align under one brand that portrayed this.

Elaine McQuillan, general manager of StartBright Early Learning Centres, said: “Our vision is that all children have equality of opportunity and a bright start to life.

“Our mission is to develop, deliver and champion early learning services for children, particularly for those living in communities experiencing disadvantage.

“Our new name and identity resonate with this vision and we are excited today to also officially announce the launch of our new website,

“This is a place where new and current families can search for information and also communicate with the services.”

StartBright Early Learning Centres also want to extend their thanks to all of the centres’ project leaders, educators and staff; parents, children, and local communities, for their input and support during the duration of the project.

The company also wanted to mention the work of design company Graysen Rose and production company Xtreme Signs and Graphics, who helped with the rebranding.
