By William O’Connor

THE SERLA Print Industrial Unit on the Greenhills Road was sold recently and there was plenty of demand for the site.

The property is in an ideal location and has reasonable access to major roads and according to Martin O’Mahony of Mahony Property there was plenty of interest in the property.

“Any property around this area always has a high demand. It’s in a great location and big companies like Amazon have purchased sites close by,” said Martin.

“The site is also zoned industrial and there is a big demand for these smaller facilities in this area,” he said.

Pressed on the value and sale price on the site, the property agent would not disclose the final sale of the agreement.

The property is adjacent to the Amazon Data Centres at the former Tesco, Shinko and Barretts Warehouse sites.
