THE launch of South Dublin County Council’s draft County Development Plan 2022-2028 activated much debate, amid meetings in the chamber to discuss over 700 motions.
Ultimately, the plan is set to come into effect by August 2022, to cater for population growth and the need for an additional 32,000 new homes by 2040.
