150 housing acquisitions with council tenants in-situ
SOUTH Dublin County Council has been notified of approval for 150 housing acquisitions with tenants in-situ in 2023 by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
The council stated that it examines all expressions of interest received in relation to potential purchases of properties with tenants-in-situ.
