THERE have been over 180 reports of tree vandalism in the county since May 2023, according to South Dublin County Council.
Perhaps one of the best known cases in recent months was in April, when 40 trees in Dodder Valley Park, including 20 in-bloom cherry blossoms were cut clean through by a power tool.
