
252 homes planned for St Edmund’s development

A PLANNING application has been lodged with An Bord Pleanála under the fast-track scheme for the third phase of the St Edmund’s development on St Loman’s Road in Palmerstown.
Permission has been sought for 252 homes, which will be comprised of 247 apartments and five houses.

The application also includes a proposal for a facilities block containing a concierge, crèche, gym, community room and small retail area.
The 247 apartments as proposed will be contained in two blocks, Block one which ranges in height from two to eight storeys and will house 214 apartments comprising 106 one-bed, 105 two bed and three three-bed.
Block two will consist of 33 apartments comprising 13 one-bed and 20 two-bed.
A decision will be due on the development from ABP by June 3, 2020.
