95 council properties in process of being relet

A TOTAL of 95 vacant council properties in South Dublin County are currently scheduled for or are in the process of being relet.

In statistics released to Fianna Fáil councillor Charlie O’Connor, the council stated the properties’ average turnaround time from vacant to relet for the year, to date, is 27-and-a-half weeks.

At present, works on 10 properties are to be issued to contractors, 59 properties are listed as works in progress, while work has been completed on 26 properties.

Of the 59 properties where works are in progress, 41 are expected to be complete in the coming four weeks with the remaining 18 properties to be completed in the next eight weeks.
