Inclusive in the 16.5 acre site is a 6.46 site which has planning permission for 98 residential units, 1.23 acre site with “potential for another 20 units” and 8.81 acres zoned for new residential communities in accordance with the South Dublin County Council Development Plan.

The planning allows for 51 three-bedroom houses, seven two-bed houses and one four-bed house with 18 one-bedroom apartments, one two-bed apartments, three two-bed duplex and 17 three-bed duplex units.

Drawings are being prepared by architects Conroy Crowe Kelly with planning application expected to be logged in the coming weeks for a further 20 units on 1.23 acre lands.

Although the lands have not been required by the Department of Education, the land is “offering potential for a further residential” development which would be “augmenting the current planning”.
