Donore Harriers took their gold-medal haul at the 2022 National Juvenile Track and Field Championships to five, while Cormac Dixon of Tallaght AC stormed to victory in the U17 3000m Final in a new personal best time of 8:40.42
Dixon continued his rich vein of form at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Slovakia when he knocked 12-seconds off his previous PB, to clock 8:28.62 as he was pipped at the line in the Boys 3000m Final.
