Gardai investigate after alleged attempt to lure girl into car in Ballycullen

A young girl was allegedly approached by a man who attempted to lure her into a car in Daletree Avenue, Ballycullen, on Sunday.

According to gardai, the incident reportedly happened at approximately 6pm on Sunday, April 22.

The Echo understands that a young girl was approached by a lone male in a car however, she fled the scene unharmed. 

In a statement to The Echo, a Garda spokesperson said: “Gardai are aware of an incident which occurred on Daletree Ave, Ballycullen 22nd April 2018 at approximately 6pm.
