‘A moment I’ve been waiting for my whole life’
It has been two weeks since the final whistle was blown at the Brandywell and Shelbourne were crowned 2024 League of Ireland Champions, but that feeling of tremendous relief and joy is something which will remain with Conor Kearns for the rest of his life, reports James Ffrench.
“It’s been a whirlwind from the moment the whistle ended, it’s been an array of emotions”, Kearns said.
