A RuPaul’s Drag Race themed pub quiz is coming to Clondalkin next month
Hang onto your wigs! A RuPaul’s Drag Race themed pub quiz is coming to Clondalkin next week.
An evening based on the cult TV show will feature all of your favourite Drag Race moments, all in aid of two vital animal welfare charities.
The LGBT-friendly event will donate the money raised to two important animal welfare groups that provide a valuable service to the area, My Lovely Horse Rescue in Rathfarnham and Clondalkin Animal Aid.
RuPaul’s Drag Quiz will take place on Friday, October 20th in the Red Cow Moran Hotel.
Like the show, players will have to lip-sync for their life. Players will either stay in the game or sashay away by performing to songs by Taylor Swift, Britney Spears, En Vogue and Natalie Cole.
You can even dust off the wig you’ve been saving for Snatch Game. For anybody not familiar with Snatch Game (and how could you not be?) the quiz show sees the queens answering fill-in-the-blank questions while doing their best celebrity impersonations. This highly-anticipated segment usually provides comedy gold.
Attendees will even get to spill the tea over Drag Race-themed cocktails and raffle with what the organisers promise to be fabulous prizes.
The night is being organised by Clondalkin woman Kasey Shelley, who has organised previous events for Clondalkin Animal Aid, including a spoken word night in the Steering Wheel Pub in July.
The evening will cost €40 for tables of four and can be booked through paypal by emailing
