A true GAA clubman and a pillar of St Anne’s

A GUARD of honour was formed outside the Old Mill pub in Tallaght on Monday morning by members of St Anne’s and Thomas Davis’ GAA clubs for the funeral procession of John McGrane.

John, who was from Friarstown in Bohernabreena and was a stalwart of St Anne’s GAA Club and played for the Dublin minor team in his youth, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 23, at age 55.
