Nessa O’Reilly, Head of Strategic Giving of Children’s Health Foundation, added: “A massive thank you to the staff at Amazon in Dublin for the generous donation of 600 play therapy kits.
Play therapy helps to support the overall wellbeing and recovery of patients receiving care by alleviating stress within a hospital environment, enabling patients to express their emotions, and enhance their coping skills.
It was lovely to have the Amazon team deliver the packages to Children’s Health Ireland hospitals and urgent care centres.
We, along with Children’s Health Ireland staff appreciate the efforts of Amazon to better the care of sick children.
