Annual Mile run/walk in aid of Tallaght Cancer Support Group
A FAMILY friendly run for the whole community is taking to the tracks of Tallaght Athletic Club this Saturday, January 13, with all money raised going to the Tallaght Cancer Support Group.
Now in its fourth year, the annual Tallaght Mile is run by the Tallaght Athletic Club and involves a fun mile walk or run in aid of the Tallaght Cancer Support Group.
The event will take place at the club’s track on the Greenhills Road this Saturday, January 13, from 12pm to 2pm, with the entire community invited to attend.
There is no entry fee, but people are invited to make a donation on the day, with light refreshments being served in the clubhouse after.
Established in 2007, the Tallaght Cancer Support Group provides support for all cancer patients, their families and friends from its base in Trustus House on Main Street, Tallaght.

The Tallaght Athletic Club track is located on the Greenhills Road beside West Park Gym.
