Arrested twice for breaching the peace
A MAN who was twice arrested within three hours for breaching the peace left Blanchardstown District Court with a €200 fine.
Kieran Reddy was arguing with his mother on the date in question, November 7, 2018.

Garda David Maguire told Judge David McHugh that at 7.15pm on the above date, he found Reddy to be acting in an abusive manner at Greenfort Park in Clondalkin. He said he asked Reddy to desist from his behaviour and to move on.
Garda Maguire said Reddy told him he was going to “kick the front door in” and told the Garda to “f**k off”.
Later at 10.30pm, Garda Padraic Minnock said that he received a call to go to the same address at Greenfort Park. He said Reddy was acting abusively and was later arrested.
Garda Minnock said Reddy had one previous conviction for public order from 2007.
Reddy, aged 32, with an address at Drumfinn Avenue, Ballyfermot, pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching the peace at Greenfort Park on November 7 last.
Reddy’s counsel, Jennifer Jackson Bl, said Reddy was getting on better with his mother now and things had calmed down.
Convicting, Judge McHugh fined Reddy €100 for each offence.
