Attacks on gardai and tourists bring criminality into sharp focus
MANY communities in Dublin are “living in fear as they don’t feel safe in their own homes, in their neighbourhood or on public trans-port”, according to a Ballyfermot councillor.
Sinn Féin councillor Daithí Doolan stated this last week at the launch of his party’s proposal to combat crime in Dublin, titled ‘Keeping Communities Safe’.
