Ayrton Group creates new consultancy roles in Tallaght

A NEW recruitment consultancy backed by one of Ireland’s fastest growing companies, Ayrton Group has opened in Dublin and Cork aiming to take advantage of what it says is an increasingly busy market for roles in the manufacturing and construction sectors specifically.

Ayrton Talent is focusing on the construction and manufacturing sectors, linking innovative employers seeking full, part-time and temporary staff with an experienced bank of candidates.

“Today’s employers need a wealth of knowledge and tactical support to navigate their way through the recruitment process to make sure that they can maintain and grow their business into the future,” said Richard O Leary, Senior Consultant of Ayrton Talent.

“Within the Dublin and Cork markets in particular, demand is buoyant for roles such as quantity surveyors, validation, service and process engineers, moulding technicians, quality and sustainability experts, and a variety of senior project management roles along with safety professionals and our clients are extremely optimistic for the future.”

In addition to construction and manufacturing the company operates across other industry sectors, providing skilled staff to companies in professional services, IT and telecoms and distribution.

Ayrton’s support of repatriated employment is evident in proactively seeking candidates abroad by supporting them with advice and guidance along with the availability of extensive relocation packages offered by the employers for the right candidate.

“Recruitment activity levels are high overall and we’re confident we can assist in addressing the skills shortage that exists by playing a strong, functional role for our candidates, clients and the wider economy,” said Mathew Browne, Director of parent company Ayrton Group.

Ayrton Talent currently employs five professional staff and plans to grow this number to 10 by mid 2018.
