Ballycullen site bought for €16m could deliver over 500 residential units
A SITE in Ballycullen with capacity to deliver over 500 residential units has been purchased for more than €16m by property development company Lagan Homes, reports Aideen O’Flaherty.
The site at Woodtown is 10.41 hectares and is zoned ‘RES-N’, which means the site is to “provide for new residential communities in accordance with approved area plans”.
