A FEMALE barrister and a teenager charged with trespass, criminal damage and theft at a Tallaght pharmacy had their case remanded by Tallaght District Court for cctv evidence.
Shauna Roe and Luke Wilson appeared on bail before Judge Patricia McNamara.
Roe, (25), The Commons, Duleek, County Meath, and Wilson, (18), Birchwood Heights, Tallaght, are charged with trespass and damaging a rear door at Hickeys Pharmacy, Fortunestown, Tallaght, on March 3, 2018.
They are also charged with stealing two Yankee candles worth €60 from Hickeys Pharmacy on March 5, 2018.
Their counsel, Stephen Montgomery BL, told Judge McNamara that his instructing solicitor had not received CCTV evidence of the alleged incident.
