Better Than Before: Twins Adam and Lee write new fitness book

Adam and Lee Molloy are twin brothers from Clondalkin who have been working in the fitness industry, reports Ryan Butler.

They believe that the ‘fitness industry’ is broken and promotes a lifestyle that is “unhealthy, unrealistic, and unattainable”.

They have written a book called ‘Better Than Before’, which gives five ‘rules’ that people can use to get the most from themselves and therefore the most from life.

It recommends that readers “block out the noisy distractions of the outside world and focus on themselves, their passions, and their goals.

The brothers are adamant that it is not a fitness book but is “inspired by our time in the industry.”

Lee states that they first got the idea for the book through a conversation by the swimming pool.

He claims that the “past month” was dedicated to working on it, and on “some days we worked four hours, some days twelve.”

Writing sessions for the book usually consisted of Lee writing the first draft and Adam revising it.

He aimed for a chapter a day, advising himself not to be “overambitious”.

The brothers hope that the book “helps people”, and Lee claims he would “love to write another book”.

Lee and Adam would like to thank their family, friends, and everybody else who supported the book in the run up to its release.

‘Better Than Before’ will soon be available on Amazon.
