Charity tournament and raffle in aid of cancer research
TWO local men have organised a Call of Duty charity tournament and raffle in aid of Breakthrough Cancer Research, which will take place tomorrow, Friday, July 28 at 8pm.
Up to 150 people can compete in the tournament across four games, and there will be prizes for placements within the game and a raffle will be held on the night.
The event is being organised by Gary Kavanagh from Firhouse and Kevin Shannon from Aylesbury, and tickets cost €10 each.
For each ticket sale, €8 goes to Breakthrough Cancer Research, while the remaining €2 goes towards the prizes that will be awarded to people in recognition of where they place in the game.
Donations to the fundraiser can be made online.
To purchase tickets you can contact Gary directly on 085 845 2020.
