
Citywest Hotel seeks go-ahead for public concert use at convention centre

CITYWEST Hotel has applied for permission for the provision of public concert use at the hotel’s convention centre.
The plans, which were submitted under the company name Cape Wrath Hotel Unlimited Company, were lodged with South Dublin County Council earlier this month.

The 789-room Citywest Hotel is the largest hotel in the country, and its convention centre plays host to a number of sizeable conventions and conferences throughout the year.
A decision on whether public concerts will be allowed to be held at the venue will be made by South Dublin County Council by March 31.
