Coffee firm looking for new home after deal falls through

A BALLYFERMOT coffee business has taken to social media in an effort to find a new premises after a deal for a proposed premises fell through.

Bump & Grind coffee shop opened three years ago on the lower end of Ballyfermot Road and have been a valuable addition to the community.

However, the coffee shop fears they will have to let six employees go if they can’t find a new location in the coming weeks.

“As some of you already know, our big move was due to happen in March.

“Unfortunately our new home has fallen through and our last day trading from our current location is March 12,” said the coffee shop in a social media post.

“Which leaves us in the tricky position of looking for a new home ASAP. We are looking for a space big enough for a 20ft container, in a busy area that would suit a take away coffee and food business.

“We know social media is a long shot, but with the short notice we need all the help we can get.”

Residents are asked to get in touch with Bump & Grind if they can think of any suitable locations that might be available.

Customers have been taking to social media to express their support for the popular coffee dock.
