Community invited to attend free programmes on mental health

A FREE community mental health programme takes place on October 3, at St Agnes Parish Centre, Crumlin, from 3pm to 4.15pm.

John Farren, Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator for the organisation Grow, has organised the free mental health education programme, which will be held over a four-week period at St Agnes, starting on Tuesday, October 3.

Subsequent free programmes take place every Tuesday throughout October (3, 10, 17, 24).
