Concerns voiced over plans for 1,131 homes
RESIDENT groups in Cherry Orchard and Park West are likely to form an alliance to strengthen “significant objections” to plans for a massive residential development — estimated to house up to 2,000 people.
The Land Development Agency (LDA) are in partnership with Dublin City Council (DCC) for the project – Cherry Orchard Point – which includes proposals for cost rental, social and affordable purchase housing for 1,131 homes and 23,400 sqm of retail and community space.
