Confusion surrounding future of nursing home
CONFUSION surrounds the future of a former nursing home site in Crooksling, Brittas, after a government minister and the HSE provided contradictory statements in recent days.
As reported in The Echo last week, Minister Roderic O’Gorman said there are no plans for the site to be used as a refugee centre – however, the HSE said it could be used to house Ukrainians.
