TEACHERS are unable to find parking outside schools where they work in Ballyfermot due to construction works.
Speaking at the South Central area meeting this week, Cllr Vincent Jackson (Ind) said there is a “free for all” situation everyday with the development at the top of Chapelizod Hill.
