Convicted paedophile from Clondalkin is now behind bars in Scotland
CONVICTED paedophile Anthony Luckwill is back behind bars after being caught with an iPod containing an image of a young boy in a wheelchair.
Originally from Clondalkin, Luckwill (44) fled to Fife in Scotland after being hounded out of Dublin following his release from prison here.
He was arrested on Friday, September 8th, when he was found in possession of a mobile phone and iPod in breach of a court order banning him from accessing the internet.
Urgent inquiries are taking place to establish the identity of the young child in the wheelchair.
Luckwill was living in Scotland under the name Colin Gregory before his arrest.
In Dunfermline Sheriff Court last Friday, he spoke about media coverage of his past.
Luckwill was jailed for ten months and could possily be sent back to Ireland after serving his sentence.
He was jailed in 2013 for abusing two teenage boys whom he lured to his apartment in Navan, Co Meath, by posing as a casting agent.
During his trial in 2013 it was revealed that one of the victims attempted suicide on a number of occasions.
He has been convicted of sex offences in Ireland, Wales and the Channel Islands.
During last summer he was chased from the Rathcoole area by concerned parents.
