Council acquire derelict property and await go-ahead for 4 more
SOUTH Dublin County Council recently acquired a derelict property in Clondalkin, and is awaiting a determination by An Bord Pleanála to compulsorily purchase four derelict houses in Tallaght.
The recently acquired property in Clondalkin is located at St Mark’s Green in Rowlagh, and work to clear the site of overgrown trees and illegally dumped material is nearing completion.
