SOUTH Dublin County Council has purchased 95 properties with negotiations taking place for an additional 133 properties, containing residents who have received valid notices of termination from landlords.
The local authority is empowered to purchase properties with tenants in situ at risk of homelessness through funding made available by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH).
