Decision due on McEvoy’s pub proposal for apartments
ADDITIONAL information has been submitted about the proposed demolition of existing derelict structures at the former McEvoy’s pub site in Newcastle to make way for the development of an apartment block.
As reported in The Echo in July last year, Developer Rathgearan Ltd’s proposal for the site includes the construction of a two-storey apartment block, housing 15 units.
