Developer appeals decision on 3-storey apartment block
AN APPEAL has been lodged against South Dublin County Council’s decision to refuse permission for the development of an eight-unit apartment block in the car-park behind Ball Alley House in Lucan.
The appellant, Gerry Teague, is the developer behind the plans for the three-storey terraced apartment block and the removal of the existing 52 car-parking spaces.
