Developer blames Covid-19 for delay in completing project

DEVELOPER Glenveagh Homes is seeking an extension to the duration of planning permission for 400 dwellings in Citywest Avenue Village, as the completion of the project was delayed due to the pandemic.

The scheme is for a residential/mixed-use development on a site area of 12.45 ha consisting of 400 dwellings, the majority of which have already been constructed.
