Developer seeks amendments to apartments in Clonburris

DEVELOPER Cairn Homes is seeking permission for an amendment to the permitted development of apartments in Clonburris, to increase the one-bed units into two-beds.

The proposal is for the reconfiguration of the internal arrangement of an apartment block, called Block E, in the development of the townland of Cappagh, Clonburris.
