Developers lodge appeal against retention refusal

THE DEVELOPERS of Larkfield House on Coldcut Road in Clondalkin have lodged an appeal with An Bord Pleanála over the decision to refuse permission and Retention Permission for development.

Located at the former Liffey Valley Fitness, applicants Jackie and Vincent Cosgrave have lodged an appeal against South Dublin County Council’s decision.
