Dispute with city council leads club to consider disbanding several teams

A FOOTBALL club claims it will be forced to consider disbanding teams amid a dispute with Dublin City Council over access to an astro pitch, which has seen daily protests in Bluebell.

AFC Belgrave say the city council has “repeatedly denied” the club a number of “entitlements” including time allocations on the pitch, storage area, and disallowed indoor allocations for children aged 4-6 in the coming winter.
