Driver set for court appearance for carrying “unsafe load”
A driver will appear in court at a later date after Gardai in Dublin spotted them carrying what has been described as an “unsafe load”.
The person was stopped on Saturday when officers noticed another vehicle – a large white van – sticking out of the back of the removal truck.

A picture shared by Gardai on Twitter throws up more questions than answers, with how? and why? being the first two that spring to mind.
The van appeared to be secured using ratchet straps, which were deemed to be unsafe, for obvious reasons.
Added to this, the driver was found to have no insurance, no appropriate licence and no certificate of road worthiness for the truck.
A Garda spokesperson said: “Removal van with the wrong idea!” Unsafe load. No Insurance/No D.licence/No Cert of roadworthiness. Court to follow.”
