Enjoying the wonderful benefits of Her Outdoors Week activities
A wide variety of active events have been held in the South Dublin localities this week to encourage girls and women to become more active in an outdoor setting.
Her Outdoors Week, which takes place from August 12 to August 18, aims to celebrate and encourage more females to get out and enjoy the benefits of being in the outdoors, according to Sport Ireland, the authority tasked with the development of sport in Ireland.
