Former pizzeria sells for guide price of €380,000
The former premises of Clare’s Pizzeria on the New Road in Clondalkin went under the hammer at a Bid X1 online auction this week, and was sold for a guide price of €380,000.
The premises is described as a mixed used building, comprising restaurant, office and residential accommodation.
The total floor area extends to approximately 230 sqm, while Bid X1 has stated there is potential for conversion to further residential uses, however this is subject to obtaining the necessary planning permission.
Transport connections are provided by the M50 Motorway directly to the east, the Luas red line, together with several bus routes.
The property went under the hammer at the Bid X1 online auction on November 15, with one successful bidder purchasing the property.
