Frustration over apparent abandonment of Kiltipper
AN ELLENSBOROUGH resident has questioned whether South Dublin County Council has “abandoned” Kiltipper or “just don’t know what to do with the place”.
The resident contacted The Echo to voice his frustration at what is, in his view, the lack of completed projects in the area and has called on the council to develop facilities in the locality.
