Gardai in Tallaght investigating criminal damage at village takeaway

Gardaí in Tallaght are investigating an incident of criminal damage that occurred at a takeaway food premises in Tallaght this morning.

The incident happened at the Oche Thai Takeaway on the High street in the village between 3am and 6am.

According to a Garda Spokesperson a glass panel on the front door of the premises was smashed.

Echo.ie understand there was a significant amount of damage done to the shop, with the raiders thrashing the inside of the premises.

The scene was preserved and technically examined by a garda team this morning.

No arrests have been made and investigations are on-going.
