Gardai investigating serious assault in Clondalkin

Gardai in Clondalkin are investigating a serious assault that happened on Wednesday evening.

At approximately 5pm a man was assaulted at Mill Lane.

In a statement released to Echo.ie, a Garda Spokesperson said: “Gardaí in Clondalkin attended the scene of an assault which occurred on Wednesday 28th Dec 2016 at approximately 5pm at Mill Lane, Clondalkin.

“The injured man was conveyed to Tallaght Hospital with what are believed to non-life threatening injuries.”

No arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing.
