Gardai stop another driver carrying an ‘unsafe load’
The dangers of carrying unsafe loads on our roads has been highlighted by Gardai again this morning after officers seized a flatbed truck which was unsafely carrying another vehicle.
Yesterday Gardai in Dublin shared an image of a truck which was transporting a large white van, using ratchet straps in an attempt to secure it.

The driver, who will appear in court at a later date, was stopped on Saturday when officers noticed the white van sticking out of the back of the removal truck.
Added to this, the driver was found to have no insurance, no appropriate licence and no certificate of road worthiness for the truck.
Taking to Twitter again this morning, Gardai have shared another image, this time of a flatbed truck, which was unsafely transporting a car.
The vehicle was seized as part of Operation Waste, with the driver having no insurance, no driving licence or a certificate of road worthiness.
